What you should know about TvA, Ltd
He works alongside us, and we feel he understands and cares about us and our business. TvA have been really good, all our questions are answered, they have fantastic systems, they give sound advice and we get very good value for our money. Louise is never too busy and when I really need her for crucial business decisions, she is always there. TvA have also taken over our payroll, our company is growing and payroll is not what we do, it made good business sense to pass this on to TvA, and I have no regrets.
We receive monthly reports and this allows us to make good business decisions and it also flags things we need to be aware of. TvA are brilliant, we feel like they are working alongside us as a partner in our business, we didn't want someone just preparing our annual accounts with little comment we wanted value for money, advice and guidance, and we are definitely getting this, they make my life so much easier. TvA and Geoff are management accountants for us, they are our 'financial rudder'. They are certainly as far away from the stereotypical 'bean counter' mould, as you could possibly get. We have an honest, robust relationship, and we feel we are a much better company from having them on board. You will see they are community based, and that reflects our belief that everyone can make a difference in their community and we show this by supporting the people in it. We believe it's an amazing programme and like the fact that this can make a difference to our community by supporting our youth. And every September we hold a fundraising breakfast in conjunction with Warren Croft and Fair Weathers. It is focused on developing personal confidence and a strong sense of self responsibility.
This course will challenge and ignite a passion for continual learning and boost motivation to achieve in a team. He still has this practical bent therefore he can identify with the issues his clients are facing. 'Do you want to be in control or do you want to hit the ice berg?' What gives her great satisfaction is being able to make people's lives easier, and she and her team do this by working together to find the best solutions for their clients. She believes challenges help us grow, and watching her clients come out on top is right up there in the good feeling stakes.
And the best bit Brenda says watching the client exhale and break into a smile. ' Their business is in good hands
