Jason and Anna Flowerday have made further commitments to their organic and bio dynamic wine growing, labeling the wines from their Home’ block in Renwick with AV 5182’, referring to the single vineyard site and BioGro organic certification number. In keeping with our house style here at Te Ware Ra we wanted to make a wine that showed elegance and purity of fruit but one that also was fleshy and juicy with vast texture and complexity. We wanted to make a RVs that reflected a classic, dry, savory style and was based on Minot Nair. We will be releasing our 2014 aromatics with this new label as well as Chardonnay, Minot Nair and. The fruit from these used vines has ripe fruit concentration and huge structure as well as lofty instinctive acidity that lends itself very healthy to making a arid style of Riesling.
